RC Civils is completely committed to the development of people, especially our staff and contractors. We pursue and involve ourselves with meaningful and key training and education programs which help us to upskill and empower our staff. This also allows our staff to further develop themselves and advance their careers and potential future productivity and value to the company and themselves.
We focus on various artisanships for previously disadvantaged individuals within our company. We also focus heavily on various EPWP training programs. These programs aid our effort to contribute to the upliftment and empowerment of the various communities in which RC Civils operates.
